Brisbane sensation Tevita Pangai jnr has vowed to not let contract negotiations hamper his form this season.
It has been suggested the off-contract forward has been linked with a number of clubs but he's adamant he's yet to receive any formal offers, wanting to keep his options open.
"There's a lot of media hype about it – they've been talking it up and making a story out of it," Pangai told Big League.
"At this stage there's been nothing formally offered – no one's told me clubs are after me.
"All I know is I can't let it distract me. I have a job to do at the Broncos and if I'm concerned about contracts or anything like that, then that's not going to help."
Pangai is preparing for his second clash with the Roosters this season, having been handed a two-match suspension for a late tackle on Roosters halfback Cooper Cronk back in round four.
"This time I'm going to be on my best behaviour," he said.
"That suspension set me back a little with my form, so hopefully I can put together a few good performances before the bye and get my form to a level it needs to be."
