Rabbitohs Veteran John Sutton is set to play his 300th NRL game – becoming the first Bunny to hit 300 first-grade games in the club's 110-year history.
Wests Tigers hooker Robbie Farah is back where it all began and is looking to be the first player at the club to appear in 250 first-grade games.
Penrith Panthers second-rower Isaah Yeo will be running out for his 100-game milestone, while Newcastle Knights centre Dane Gagai will play his 100th NRL match.
And lastly, Brisbane Broncos coach Wayne Bennett, who kicked off his premiership coach career in 1987, will be hoping reach 500 victories as an NRL coach.
