All newly appointed Queensland Intrust Super Cup club Wellbeing and Education staff attended the first day of the Elite Athlete Wellbeing program in Brisbane on Friday.
The program is compulsory for all NRL Wellbeing and Education staff working across Australia and New Zealand.
These 14 new staff will join NRL Wellbeing staff Murray Hurst and David Solomona in Queensland to help all players in the elite pathway develop as people as much as footballers in their journey.
The key objectives of the program are to prepare players for careers away from the footy field, develop strong and positive wellbeing habits as well as the support to make ethical and responsible decisions in all social situations.
