North Queensland back-rower Gavin Cooper is set to return while a minor hamstring complaint has ruled halfback Luke Brooks out of the Round 25 match between Wests Tigers and the Cowboys.
Cooper hasn't played since Round 22 due to injury but has been promoted from the reserves to the interchange with Patrick Mago making way. Lachlan Coote is also a chance of returning, still named in the reserves, with Enari Tuala cut from the squad.
While the Wests Tigers No.7 won't be fit to take on North Queensland, Brooks should be right to play in his side's final game of the year against the Warriors at Leichhardt Oval.
Jack Littlejohn has been added to the starting side in Brooks's place with Joel Edwards joining the interchange. JJ Felise drops out of the reserves.
