The Titans will carry centre Dale Copley on their bench against the Storm in the first game in Saturday night's Suncorp Stadium double-header both as insurance against injury and a way to keep their most dangerous attacking players on the field for the full 80 minutes.
Named on the bench in the 14 jersey on Tuesday, Henry confirmed ahead of the team's captain's run on Friday morning that Copley would be in the 17 in his return from a rib injury and that Konrad Hurrell would start despite an ongoing ankle complaint.
With Pat Politoni, Eddy Pettybourne and Daniel Vidot all absent from Friday's session, Henry is still to decide whether to go with either Morgan Boyle or Nathaniel Peteru on the bench but will start with the same backline that lined up against the Knights a fortnight ago with Tyrone Roberts at fullback and Jarryd Hayne at left centre.
Given the versatility the likes of Roberts and Hayne both afford, if hooker Nathan Peats needs a spell at any stage Henry has the luxury of moving Roberts into dummy-half, shifting Hayne back to fullback and slotting Copley into the backline.
"We could do a rotation there with him but as we've talked about before Konrad Hurrell's been carrying a bit of a niggling ankle injury anyway so there's good coverage there in the backs. But he'll be in the 17 somewhere," Henry said.
"We're just looking at what could happen in the game and the rotation we might do around our hookers as well so the outside back gives us a bit of coverage."
The Titans have both a poor record against the Storm and at Suncorp Stadium but on the back of two successive wins and with a roster that looks healthier by the week Henry said the team is quite happy to accept the challenge presented by the competition leaders and last year's runners up.
"It's a positive [challenge]. You're trying to test yourself against a side that are the benchmark side and that will give us a gauge of where we're at," Henry said.
"The boys are looking forward to that challenge. We know we have to step up from our last performances and we've had a couple of wins.
"You know you're up against some quality opposition and you've got to rise to the occasion.
"We need to find a bit more to be really competitive against this side so if we can do that the boys are confident we've got a game plan and got the ability to get a win up there.
"The fact that we've been able to win a couple of games has lifted us up the ladder a little bit but this is a challenge.
"It's good that the game is up here. It doesn't mean it's going to be any easier but at least it's an environment for us that we're a little bit more familiar with.
"We'll have to play at our best and if we can do that I'm confident we can get a result."
