The Queensland Maroons have made one change for Game Two of Holden State of Origin at Suncorp Stadium with Nate Myles replaced by Josh McGuire in the starting side, with Warriors forward Jacob Lillyman on the bench and Ethan Lowe as 18th man.

Myles was ruled out of Game Two with a knee injury suffered during Manly's loss to Penrith at Brookvale Oval on Sunday afternoon.

McGuire has been promoted to start with Lillyman to come off the bench.

"He [Myles] had some scans earlier today and those scans showed some damage," Queensland coach Kevin Walters told QRL.com.au

"Our doctor was of the belief that Nate won't be fit enough to take the field on Wednesday week, which is very sad news for Nate and the Queensland team. But it opens up an opportunity for Jacob to come in from the New Zealand team.

"He was 18th man in Game One and now he gets his opportunity to throw on that Maroons jumper and do it proud."
