Parramatta forward Richard Fa'aoso will escape suspension with an early plea after he was cited by the NRL match review committee with a grade 1 dangerous contact charge on South Sydney prop George Burgess on Monday.

An early guilty plea would make Fa'aoso available for Parramatta's Friday night game against the Panthers at Pepper Stadium.

The incident in the 37th minute of the Eels Round 11 clash with the Rabbitohs was the only one cited by the NRL match review committee.

Fa'aoso will have until midday Tuesday to enter a plea.
