Golden point triumph, the Red V pile on the points, and a future NSW fullback continues to star in the NRL. These are the key numbers and statistics that defined Round 10 of the 2015 NRL Telstra Premiership season.

The Cowboys got the better of their fierce rivals on Friday night, with Michael Morgan scoring a hat-trick to help his side to a 31-20 victory, the 200th win in the club's history on a night they celebrated their 20-year anniversary. It was a huge change in fortune for the North Queensland side, who had gone down by 22 points to Brisbane at Suncorp Stadium in Round 3 this season. That result was the last time the Cowboys have experienced defeat, with a seven-game winning run meaning they share top spot on the ladder with the Storm, Dragons and Broncos.

Ryan Hoffman managed just three minutes against the Eels in Round 10 before leaving the field with concussion. Of concern for NSW selectors will be his fitness, with the joint Brad Fittler Medal-winner in some doubt for Game One, despite being named. Should he take his place in the side, Hoffman would be the first ever Warriors player to represent NSW in the Origin arena.

Saturday saw two games decided in golden point extra time, the first time this had occurred since 2011. It was an exciting afternoon of results, with the Warriors getting the best of the Eels via a try to Bodene Thompson, and the Sharks pulling off a great escape against the Titans. The last time there were two golden point finishes in a day was back in Round 19, 2011, when the Rabbitohs defeated fierce rivals the Roosters 21-10, while the Panthers knocked off the Eels 23-22. With these sorts of results, there's little doubt the NRL Telstra premiership is one the closest competitions in world sport.

Who said the Dragons can't score points? The Red V put 32 on the in-form Raiders on Sunday afternoon, but conceded 18. It's no surprise that the Raiders managed to run in three tries, with the Green Machine having scored the most points (229) of any side in the competition after 10 rounds. On the other side of the equation, the Dragons have conceded the fewest (120).

He may have missed out on selection in the NSW Origin side for Game One of the 2015 series, but Panthers fullback Matt Moylan continues to star for his club side, doing so with one hand heavily strapped. Against the Sea Eagles on Monday night, Moylan ran for 200 metres, supplied a try assist, made four tackle busts, a line break and a line-break assist and kicked the winning field goal. It's just a matter of time before he goes on to represent his state; whether that is in 2015 though remains to be seen.
