The Dyldam Parramatta Eels are thrilled to announce the re-signing of forwards Manu Ma’u and Kenny Edwards until the end of 2017.
The retention of Edwards and Ma’u comes in the same week that the club inked a four-year contract extension with winger Semi Radradra, keeping him at the Eels until the end of 2018.
Dyldam Parramatta Eels Head Coach Brad Arthur said both Edwards and Ma’u had been impressive in their time so far at the Blue and Gold.
“Manu and Kenny have both brought a hard-working attitude to their training, and they are very tough competitors on the field,” Arthur said.
“I’m looking forward to seeing them continue to develop over the next few years.”
25-year-old Ma’u made his NRL debut in Blue and Gold in Round 1 of 2014, with 24-year-old Edwards running out for the first time with the Eels in the final round of 2013.
The club has also signed a two-year contract extension with promising 21-year-old back Vai Toutai.
“With key players committing to our club for the next few years, Brad is able to assemble his playing roster both now and for the future,” Parramatta Eels CEO Scott Seward said.
“There are exciting times ahead at the Eels, and these re-signings are a crucial part of that building process.”
