Tickets for the 2013 NRL Telstra Premiership Grand Final have today sold out with the biggest Rugby League event of the year set to cap a record-breaking season of attendances for major Rugby League events at ANZ Stadium.
After two record Sydney crowds for the Holden State of Origin Series, this year will mark the first time ANZ Stadium has hosted three Rugby League matches with crowds in excess of 80,000 in one season.
The last NRL Telstra Premiership Grand Final tickets on general sale were snapped up late this afternoon with the public sales window following a record member pre-sales period.
Fans will have one last chance to secure their seat to NRL Grand Final Day with the final release of approximately 14,000 tickets for Ticketed Club Members of the two competing NRL Telstra Premiership Grand Final teams to go on sale from 10am-7pm Monday, September 30.
If there are any tickets remaining after the Members pre-sale they will be available for public sale from 10am Tuesday, October 1.
The 2013 NRL Telstra Premiership Grand Final will kick-off at 7.15pm on Sunday, October 6, at ANZ Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park.
NRL Telstra Premiership Grand Final tickets include travel to and from the match on CityRail trains, the Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Bus Services, regular Sydney Buses and Sydney Ferries services.
Tickets are not valid on Sydney Buses premium services such as the Sydney Explorer and Bondi Explorer, Sydney Ferries Manly JetCat service, private buses and ferries, CountryLink trains, Metro Light Rail or Monorail, T-Ways. An additional station access fee applies for travel on the Green Square, Mascot, Domestic and International stations on the Airport Line.
