While Des Hasler does his best to downplay his Bulldogs side as the team to beat in this year's race to the Telstra Premiership grand final, Broncos forward Ben Te'o believes Hasler's outfit are certainly the benchmark team in the NRL.
"They're a gun side, they're killing it at the moment," Te'o told NRL Daily.
"They're playing with such confidence and everyone's doing a great job. They're passing before the line, their defence... and their attacking brilliance out wide. They are just the full package to be honest."
While the Broncos will be missing hard-working forward and Toyota NRL Dream Team star Corey Parker when they face the Bulldogs this weekend, they welcome back star centre Justin Hodges to partner with Jack Reed who returned last round.
"To have them back in the side with some experience will also free up some of the forwards to go back into the pack who were filling in while they were out. It gives Hook more options with his rotation," said Te'o, who will move back into the fowards to face the Bulldogs.
The Broncos are currently sitting in seventh place on the ladder and risk falling into a fight for eighth place if they lose against the Bulldogs on Sunday.
