Manly fullback Brett Stewart has been ruled out for the entire season
after being told his knee injury is worse than first thought.<br><br>The Australian international had been aiming for a round 20 comeback after injuring his left knee against the Wests Tigers, but after undergoing surgery he was told he won't play again in 2010.<br><br>"The operation went well and Brett will make a full recovery but it won’t be this season – that's certain and we now have to get on with the rest of the season without him," Sea Eagles coach Des Hasler told reporters today.<br><br>"It was a shock to Brett and to the entire club but he is a fighter and he will be back as good as ever.<br><br>"The players accept that and will respond to the challenge as they did without him last year."<br><br>The Sea Eagles have suffered a bad start to the season, losing both their opening two matches.
