Rugby League’s One Community is auctioning off the chance for one lucky fan to “Toss the Coin” at either the Melbourne or Sydney State of Origin clashes, or the 2009 Telstra Premiership Grand Final.
The One Community auctions kick off today, with fans having the chance to bid for the right to ‘toss the coin’ at the first Harvey Norman State of Origin clash at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne on Wednesday June 3.
The Melbourne Origin auction will run until midday Friday May 29.
Following the completion of the Melbourne Origin auction, fans will have the chance to bid for the Sydney Harvey Norman State of Origin clash at ANZ Stadium on June 24, and after that, for the Telstra Premiership Grand Final on Sunday October 4.
All monies raised will be split between three of the One Communities official charities – The Childrens Hospital Foundation Australia, Youngcare and Lifeline.
