NRL Casualty Ward: Round 6

Brisbane Broncos

The Broncos should have all their first-grade squad available apart from centre Jordan Kahu for Saturday's road trip against the Warriors.

Canberra Raiders

The Raiders received mostly positive news on the players injured in Thursday's 26-10 defeat of the Bulldogs. Halfback Sam Williams will miss 4-6 weeks with a medial ligament injury, while Luke Bateman (concussion) has been cleared to take on the Eels on Saturday. Aidan Sezer (concussion), Ata Hingano (concussion) and Michael Oldfield (concussion) will be monitored during the week and are expected to play on Saturday.

Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs

Brett Morris needed stitches for a nasty gash under the eye that ruled the Bulldogs winger out of the game early in the first half. Morris has bad facial bruising and will be further assessed for any other damage. Josh Morris suffered a knee injury in the second half but managed to stay on the paddock and score a consolation try on the full-time siren. Josh Jackson could be on the sidelines for Saturday's Townsville tussle with the Cowboys unless he beats his dangerous contact charge at the judiciary.

Cronulla Sharks

James Segeyaro suffered a head knock against the Roosters and will be put through the concussion protocols during the week. Josh Dugan was a late withdrawal on Friday night but should be fit for this Friday's trip to Wollongong for the derby with the Dragons.

 Manly Warringah Sea Eagles

Lachlan Croker suffered a head knock in the loss to the Titans and will be monitored throughout the week. Brad Parker was a late withdrawal in the warm-up due to illness so he is unlikely to be in doubt for Manly's home game against the Tigers on Sunday.
