Special discounts, family packages, extra trains and free movie tickets will be on offer to NRL fans who attend games this weekend.

NRL Head of Marketing, Mr Lewis Pullen, said clubs were offering a range of deals, especially for children, to make it easier and more affordable for fans and families to attend games this weekend.

Mr Pullen said tickets to some games would cost as little as $10.

"The football so far this season has been fantastic and the competition has never been so even," he said.

"So we want to give fans and families every chance to see their teams in action this weekend."

Mr Pullen said the NSW Government has agreed to put on extra trains to Penrith for tonight's game between the Panthers and the Rabbitohs at Sportingbet Stadium.

He said family tickets were also on sale online for $50.

In tonight's other game, children under 14 with a paying adult will be given free entry to the Titans v Broncos game in the eastern grandstand Family Zone.

Lewis said some clubs were also holding spot "sales" offering even cheaper tickets.

He said the Wests Tigers were offering $10 tickets for anyone who arrived at Campbelltown Stadium before 4pm tomorrow.

"Everyone loves playing in front of big crowds and the clubs are doing all they can to encourage fans to cheer on their teams live at the ground," Lewis said.

Other deals this weekend include:

Eels v Roosters, Saturday 12 April, Pirtek Stadium

A "2 for 1" ticket offer offering two seats for $30 in the four corner bays of Pirtek Stadium. Prepaid family tickets for 2 adults and 4 juniors are on sale from $40.

Warriors v Bulldogs, Sunday 13 April, Eden Park

The Warriors have a pre-purchase '5 tickets for $50' deal for their match against the Bulldogs
