Round 11 Thursday, September 11 – Roosters v Sharks at Industree Ground Stadium, Gosford (Nine/FOX) 7.45pm
It takes until the final regular round of the season for the grand final rematch of 2024. In that game, the Roosters got out to what seemed like an unassailable 24-0 halftime lead, only for the Sharks to cause a heart in mouth moment for Roosters fans, fighting back to trail 26-24 with just over five minutes left in the game. Eventually iced for the Roosters with a try from Dally M winner Olivia Kernick, the Sharks would have pencilled this one in as soon as the draw was released.
