Josh Dugan was injured against the Titans on Friday night.

Dragons fullback Josh Dugan has been ruled out of his side's Round 20 meeting with the Sea Eagles due to a hamstring complaint.

‌"Josh Dugan presented with hamstring soreness post the Round 19 game against the Raiders," Dragons head of athletic performance Nathan Pickworth told dragons.com.au.

"Upon follow-up scans it was determined that he would miss this weekend's game against Manly.

"He will be reviewed and progressed accordingly over the next couple of days."

Dugan, who failed to finish his side's golden point loss to the Raiders after receiving a high shot from Josh Papalii, will be replaced by Jason Nightingale at the back. Kurt Mann has been promoted to the starting side on the wing, with Matt Dufty coming on to the bench.

Russell Packer could still force his way into the gameday side, listed in the reserves when the squad was cut to 19, with Jake Marketo dropping out of the squad.

The Sea Eagles have also been dealt a blow with Brenton Lawrence out of the Manly side, Lloyd Perrett to start in the front row. Jarrad Kennedy is the man most likely to come on to the final interchange, with Joey Lussick and Jonathan Wright still among the reserves.

Lewis Brown is the other player to drop out.
