South Sydney prop George Burgess is free to face the Cowboys in Round 6 after being found not guilty at the NRL judiciary on Wednesday night.
Burgess, 22, successfully challenged the grade one dangerous contact - head/neck charge for a challenge on Josh Jackson in his side's win over the Bulldogs on Good Friday and will start for the Rabbitohs on Monday night.
From the same game, Canterbury skipper James Graham and teammates David Klemmer and Sam Kasiano have all been suspended after accepting penalties from the NRL.
Graham on Tuesday submitted an early guilty plea on charges of dangerous contact and contrary conduct from Friday's explosive clash with South Sydney and he will miss four matches.
Klemmer has been banned for three matches for contrary conduct for his spray at referee Gerard Sutton over the same incident in the dying minutes that brought Graham's two bans.
Giant prop Sam Kasiano's early plea to a dangerous contact charge over an incident with South hooker Issac Luke means he will miss two weeks.
Hooker Michael Lichaa, the third Bulldogs player charged with dissent, is be free to play as his early guilty plea meant he escaped a ban.
Sydney Roosters duo Aidan Guerra and Michael Jennings were both handed Grade 1 dangerous throw charges. Jennings will escape suspension but his teammate Guerra won't be so lucky and will miss two weeks after being found guilty on Wednesday night, though his already fractured cheekbone means he is looking at a month on the sideline regardless.
Raiders winger Jordan Rapana will miss a week for his Grade 1 careless high tackle on Sea Eagles forward Jamie Buhrer.
Wests Tigers props Aaron Woods (grade one high tackle - careless) and Jack Buchanan (grade one dangerous throw) were both cited by the match review comittee, but escape suspension after entering early guilty pleas. Likewise, Will Hopoate is available after entering an early guilty plea for his high tackle on Tigers winger Pat Richards.
